By using SyncTag products or services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service description
SyncTag provides NFC tags and QR codes that help reunite lost items with their owners. SyncTag acts solely as a facilitator of contact between finders and owners.
2. No guarantee of item return
SyncTag does not guarantee that lost items will be found or returned. Participation by finders is voluntary.
3. Limitation of liability
SyncTag accepts no responsibility for:
- Loss or damage to items
- Disputes between finders and owners
- Arrangements made for the return of items
Any return is arranged solely between the finder and the item owner.
4. Finder responsibility
Finders are responsible for ensuring that any information they submit is accurate and truthful.
5. Misuse of the service
SyncTag reserves the right to suspend or restrict use of the service if it is abused, used fraudulently, or used for purposes other than returning lost property.
6. Changes to these terms
SyncTag may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
